    This is a follow-up to the webinar 'Trade marks and designs in the metaverse: legal aspects/EUIPO practice' from September 2022.

    The webinar will focus on the latest developments in the Office practice when classifying virtual goods, NFTs and services provided in virtual environments, and how the Nice Classification is also developing in this regard.

    The speakers will also touch on the main challenges related to the comparison between virtual goods and their physical counterparts, and to the analysis of use of EU trade marks in virtual environments.
