  The EUIPO’s current trade mark and design practice is reflected in a series of examination guidelines intended for our users and our staff in charge of the various procedures. The latest edition of the examination Guidelines for EU trade marks (EUTMs) and registered Community designs (RCDs) is expected to enter into force end of March 2023.

  
  In this webinar, EUIPO experts will go through the most important changes from the previous edition. The webinar is for anyone with an interest in learning more about proceedings before the EUIPO.
