    Online intellectual property infringements covers a wide variety of areas from illegal sharing of copyright protected works, marketing of trade mark infringing goods, to cybersquatting and even certain types of fraud and extortion. To fight such infringements international judicial cooperation is occasionally necessary. Building on the Observatory study on International Judicial Cooperation Related to Online IP Infringements published in March 2021, two of the persons involved in developing the study provide an overview of available measures that can be applied in international judicial cooperation.
