    EUIPO Senior Legal Expert Thom Clark explains in detail the EU legal framework on trade marks, covering the topics such as likelihood of confusion, duty of loyalty, reputation of geographical names, and invalidity on grounds of goods and services.

    The objective of this webinar is to support the SEA countries' efforts to enhance their IPR adjudication and judicial systems, by allowing the EU judicial experts to also present EU IP caselaw on the different aspects of IPR enforcement.
