    Recorded webinar on Protecting non-EU Geographical Indications in the EU. In particular, it covers the following topics:
        • The protection of non-EU GIs.
        • The assessment of international GI applications in the EU.
        • The experience of Georgia in relation to GIs and the benefits of the GI Agreement with the EU.
        • Technical aspects regarding the relations between Geographical Indications and Trademarks (incl. collective and certification marks), PGIs and ex-officio examination of TM applications, PGIs and earlier TM rights in opposition.

        • To share knowledge and best practices on on TM and GI examination.
