Stakeholder Quality Assurance Panels
Stakeholder Quality Assurance Panels is a project of the Strategic Plan 2020 which aims at closing the gap between the users’ perception of the quality of the Office products and the Office’s quality indicators.
The project involves panels of users who meet on the Office premises and carry out audits of Office decisions according to established quality criteria.
After the audit, the Office analyses the findings reported by the panel in order to identify opportunities for improvement and the follow up actions take place.
With SQAP, users contribute directly to the improvement of the quality of the Office’s products.
