Please be informed that as of 19 May 2018, the EUIPO will make use of the EPSO CAST Permanent database in order to recruit contract agents.
The CAST database of the EUIPO (OHIM/CAST/10/2014, OHIM/CAST/15/2015 and EUIPO/CAST/1/16) will be closed on the same day. Nevertheless, the EUIPO can, in parallel, continue until 31 December 2019 to make use of those candidates registered in its CAST database who were shortlisted and invited to sit a series of reasoning tests in Alicante and who successfully passed the afore-mentioned tests.
Should you wish to re-register your interest in working at the EUIPO as a contract agent, please find below further information explaining the next steps to be taken to register in the EPSO CAST Permanent, which we hope you will find useful.
A Call for expression of interest, EPSO/CAST/P/1-19/2017, (CAST Permanent), comprising several profiles, opened permanently for registration as of 5 January 2017. Provided you are eligible, you may apply to one or more CAST Permanent profiles and/or function group(s) and you will be able to access and modify your application as and when you see fit. If you are already registered in the EPSO CAST Permanent there is no need to re-register. You are advised to indicate in your profile/application your continued interest in working at the EUIPO based in Alicante, Spain.
If in the future you are no longer interested in recruitment as a contract agent, by not updating or not declaring your continued interest at least once every six months, your application will remain invisible to recruiters.
With regard to data protection, you can find relevant information in the data protection privacy statement in your EPSO account.
Should you have any questions regarding the CAST Permanent, please have a look at the FAQ section and FAQ on CAST Permanent on the EPSO website.
