Executive Director meets the President of the European Business Registry Association

The Executive Director of the EUIPO, Christian Archambeau, has met the President of the European Business Registry Association (EBRA) and Director General of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), Antti Riivari, via video-link. The Deputy Executive Director of the EUIPO, Andrea Di Carlo, and the Director of the EUIPO’s Customer Department, Inge Buffolo, also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Mr. Archambeau gave an overview of the latest activities developed by the Office in support of small and medium-sized companies (Ideas Powered for Business). Potential synergies and collaboration on Company Names registry were discussed within the approach of SP2025, and specifically in the area of SMEs.
