EUIPO for journalists
The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is a decentralised agency of the EU.
The Office is responsible for managing the European Union trade mark (EUTM) and the Registered Community Design (RCD), two unitary intellectual property rights valid across the EU-28.
We register around 152 000 trade marks and around 107 000 designs every year, offering intellectual property protection to businesses and individuals throughout the EU’s Single Market.
