Official Journal
The Official Journal contains notices and information of a general character issued by the Executive Director of the Office, as well as any other information relevant to the European Union trade mark and Community design Regulations or their implementation.
Since January 2007, the Official Journal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office has been published exclusively in electronic format. The online Official Journal consists of five separate tables of content, one for each working language of the Office (English, French, Italian, German and Spanish), with links to the contents. The Official Journal is generally confined to those elements that are required to be published in accordance with the European Union trade mark and Community design Regulations, the Implementing Regulations and the Fee Regulations.
