Where can I see sent and received communications?
All communications sent and received electronically are stored in the communication inbox of your User Area.
In the 'New' tab, you can find the new incoming communications sent by the Office. When you open a communication, you cannot close it but rather move it to the 'Pending' or 'Archive' tab using the corresponding button.
In the 'Archive' tab, the communications are deleted after 30 days.
In the 'Sent' tab, you can find all sent communications (except the communications sent electronically regarding Opposition procedures). In the 'Sent' tab, the communications are deleted after 30 days.
