Working collaboratively with the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL), the EUIPO, through the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, has made dedicated training material available for the wider European Union enforcement community.
The Virtual Training Centre is a joint endeavour between the EUIPO and CEPOL aimed at providing training content on intellectual property rights (IPR) from the EUIPO Academy Learning Portal to a wider audience of CEPOL students.

The Virtual Training Centre on Intellectual Property Rights (VTC on IPR) is an area within the CEPOL LEEd learning platform dedicated to providing IPR-related training content relevant for customs and police officers, market surveillance authorities, prosecutors and judges.
Through the portal, EUIPO provides selected e-learning modules, live and recorded webinars, presentations and links to European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights studies and reports.
The content is organised according to the relevant knowledge areas, and the knowledge level (basic, intermediate or advanced) is clearly indicated. Certificates are awarded for the successful completion of some of the modules.
The CEPOL LEEd platform is available to all enforcement officers in the enforcement authorities of all EU Member States.
