Update on the 2019 grant beneficiaries
The IP EXPERIENCE project is one of the 13 grants currently subsidised by the EUIPO. This project aims to raise awareness among university and high school students about the strategic value that IP rights will bring to their future business activities and to empower them through a programme of workshops and online/live events in Milan and Barcelona. After the Intellectual Property Rights Game Storm and the recent online seminar ‘How to valorize an invention?’, another seminar, ‘Sharing experiences on IP exploitation between Italy and Spain’will be held on 2 July 2020. For more information, visit their website: www.ip-experience.eu.
IP4Teen is an EU-funded project available at www.ip4teen.eu. This project seeks to raise awareness among European teenagers about the value of intellectual property as well as about the risks associated with piracy and the purchase of counterfeit goods. To this end, a massive open online course (MOOC) has been developed. It includes, among other things, two online events on 30 June - one in Spanish and one in English - aimed at presenting the IP4Teen project and providing guidance to teachers on teaching IP in the classroom in Spain and other EU countries, respectively.
