The new IP Enforcement Portal is here

04 June 2019

The EUIPO, through the European Observatory on Infringements of IP Rights, reaffirms its commitment to support the IP enforcement community in the fight against counterfeiting. Following feedback from our users on having a single EU platform to deal with all EU IP enforcement matters, the EUIPO has developed the new IP Enforcement portal.

The launch of the new portal will take place during the 2019 International Forum on IP Enforcement held in Paris, France, where Mr Christian Archambeau, the Executive Director of the EUIPO, will announce the go-live of this tool.

Building on the success of the IP enforcement tools of the EUIPO, the IP Enforcement Portal is the integration of the Enforcement Database (EDB), the communication hub between rights holders and enforcers, the information resource on statistics and data for enforcers (ACIST), and the Anti-Counterfeiting Rapid Intelligence System (ACRIS).
The portal is an interactive, reliable and user-friendly tool for EU IPR enforcement, serving as a secure communication tool between all related parties: rights holders (and/or their legal representatives), EU enforcement authorities, the EU Commission and its EU delegations around the world.
The tool is free, multilingual and secure.
