Choosing EUIPO

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is a world-class organisation with global reach.

Our staff are drawn from the Member States of the European Union (EU) of the European Union (EU) and partners throughout the international community.

EUIPO, formerly known as OHIM, has been located in the vibrant city of Alicante since its creation in 1994.
