User Satisfaction Survey
User feedback is crucial to the ongoing process of improving quality for all EUIPO’s users. As a consequence, the aim of the User Satisfaction Survey is to measure the degree of user satisfaction with the services offered by the Office. It has been carried out at EUIPO since 2005. It is sent to users who interact with the Office and its services during the previous 12 months, and is carried out by an independent company.
We conduct two types of survey:
- A user satisfaction survey
An annual user satisfaction survey, which measures everything from overall satisfaction with the EUIPO's registration procedures to levels of satisfaction with customer services, appeal decisions and the handling of complaints.
