About the initiative
While not every SME requires registered intellectual property rights (‘IPRs’), it is important that those that could potentially benefit from them are given help. Tailor-made support is particularly important considering the current challenges. Therefore, the EUIPO is committed to support SMEs. Within the EUIPO Ideas Powered for business HUB, businesses can get to the fastest route to register trade marks or designs. Furthermore, SMEs can request free intellectual property support and access more information and training about intellectual property.
