Administrators (EUIPO/AD/01/17) and assistants (EUIPO/AST/02/17) in the field of Intellectual Property
With the aim of building a dynamic and knowledgeable organisation as outlined in its strategic plan, recruitment, development and retention of the right talent is of vital importance to the EUIPO.
The workforce planning (Multiannual Staff Policy Plan) approved in June 2016 by the Management Board and Budget Committee foresees a staff growth over the period 2017-2020. In order to cope with this growth and cover the needs of the Office, it is essential to establish reserve lists allowing the recruitment of officials in the field of Intellectual Property for all our core activities.
Therefore, in close collaboration with the European Personnel Selection Office, the Office has designed and published on 12 January 2017 two competitions (one for assistants and one for administrators), anticipating the project foreseen for early 2018 in the SP 2020. This will permit to have the reserve lists available before the end of 2017, and thus to manage as soon and efficiently as possible the required staff recruitments.
