Apply for an European Union trade mark
with the EasyFiling form
This form helps SMEs and individuals based in the European Economic Area to submit a word or figurative European Union trade mark application.
During this process you will provide your trade mark, identify the goods & services you want to protect and you will be able to assess whether holders of similar trade marks might challenge your application.
Four checks before you start
