Quality standards

Quality monitoring of calls

At the European Union Intellectual property Office (EUIPO) we periodically monitor incoming calls in order to further improve our services.

Callers are informed when such monitoring is taking place and they are asked for their free and unambiguous consent. If consent is given, the calls are recorded.

We also periodically monitor a randomly selected sample of emails.

The ultimate goal is to serve you in a more efficient way by carrying out an in-depth analysis of our interactions with you and to identify where we should improve.
