EUIPO Customer Panel on the new Key User Programme
The EUIPO Customer Panel on the new Key User Programme met today, 19 October, for the last of a series of two online workshops dedicated to EUIPO’s support services to customers.
During the sessions, 11 customers (representing 7 user associations) discussed the information, guidance and assistance they need, what is expected of the EUIPO, how effective the EUIPO customer support services and the Key User Programme are, opportunities for improvement and possible new services.

The Customer Panels, launched by the EUIPO in 2020, aim to involve users in shaping the EUIPO’s services.
Through this initiative, the EUIPO confirms its commitment to improving its customer service – identifying customers’ needs and behaviours, integrating their feedback and delivering solutions adapted to the different customer segments.
