As foreseen in the 2021 EUIPO Academy Working Programme, from 24 January to 2 February 2022 the EUIPO will host online via Zoom, the XX European Union Trade Mark Intensive Module and the XII Community Design Intensive Module in collaboration with the Master in Intellectual Property LLM (IP), known as “Magister Lvcentinvs” (ML) of the University of Alicante. Experts from the EUIPO, experienced professionals, and academics will give advanced presentations on substantive and procedural issues relating to EUTM and RCD protection.

This course is designed to expose students to the benefits and expectations of TM submission strategies and through new types of trademark examples, types of trademarks that rely on case studies and that promote reputable trademarks, help the student to increase self-motivation, personal responsibility and understanding of their role to be an informed participants in the educational process in the field of  IP Rights as an asset.
