    During this webinar you will learn about the solutions available to you through the EUIPO’s tools and procedures.

    So, if you are a seller, we will show you the tools that are available to see if a design is already registered. We will also explain the benefits of registration. If you are a designer whose design has already been registered by someone else, we will explain what invalidity and entitlement proceedings before the EUIPO are. And, if you are a registered rights holder, we will provide you with information on the steps you can take on e-commerce platforms to protect your brand/product.
