• Introduction

  This is a general EU common module in which EU national Intellectual Property offices and user associations share their national practices on the changes introduced in each particular jurisdiction after the transposition and implementation of the Trade Mark Directive. More specifically, the training in this module revolves around the following topic: What has changed for trade mark owners in particular jurisdictions?

  The videos in national languages contain English subtitles and are aimed at users interested in getting further information about the Trade Mark procedures in specific national jurisdictions after the Trade Mark Reform.

  All the videos embedded in this course aim at providing further information and increasing the general user's knowledge on the changes introduced in national jurisdictions after the implementation of the Trade Mark Directive. In particular, these videos focus on the whole Trade Mark cycle from the filing and registration of a trade mark to the opposition/cancellation procedures, including specific aspects that may arise in each one of these phases.
