  This webinar will outline the key facts and regional dynamics that shape intellectual property (IP) enforcement landscapes accross Africa, focusing on the ARIPO and OAPI regional IP frameworks that altogether cover 39 African countries. Experts from the AfrIPI international cooperation project will provide participants with experienced guidance on pre-litigation market surveillance and due diligence strategies, getting ready for litigation and lastly, the post-litigation stage of enforcement remedies.
