    In the first part of this webinar, EUIPO experts will give you an overview of the changes implemented in both the Design and EUTM EUIPO Guidelines that enter into force on 31 March 2022.

    The second part of the webinar will focus on the most important changes in the 2022 Edition of the EUIPO Guidelines in the areas of register operations and general rules, absolute and relative grounds.

    A follow-up discussion on the new EUIPO Guidelines was conducted on 12th of April, 2022.
