  This is a general EU common module in which EU Intellectual Property offices and user associations share their national practices on the changes introduced in each particular jurisdiction after the transposition and implementation of the Trade Mark Directive. More specifically, the training in this module revolves around the following topic: What has changed in the trade mark cancellation/invalidity/revocation procedure in particular jurisdictions?
