  • This is a general EU common module in which EU Intellectual Property offices and user associations share their national practices on the changes introduced in each particular jurisdiction after the transposition and implementation of the Trade Mark Directive. More specifically, the training in this module revolves around the following topic: What has changed in relation to filing a trade mark application in particular jurisdictions? All videos contain English subtitles and are aimed at users interested in getting further information about the Trade Mark procedures in specific national jurisdictions after the Trade Mark Reform.
