    This webinar presented by Thom Clark, Senior Expert in Legal Affairs at the EUIPO, provides the overview of the EU legal framework on trade mark, related regulations concening traditional anf new types of trade marks, and cases examinated under these EU regulations.

    The objective of this webinar is to support the SEA countries' efforts to enhance their IPR adjudication and judicial systems, by allowing the EU judicial experts to also present EU IP caselaw on the different aspects of IPR enforcement.
