    Digital technology and internet have brought about new forms of IP works and opportunities for creators. However, they also increase threats to IPR enforcement. This webinar presented by Angel Galgo Peco, the Chairperson of the Commercial Law Section at the Court of Appeal of Madrid, discussed new challenges and the legal pillars that facilitate IPR protection in the online environment.

    The objective of this webinar is to support the SEA countries' efforts to enhance their IPR adjudication and judicial systems, by allowing the EU judicial experts to also present EU IP caselaw on the different aspects of IPR enforcement.
