    In the first webinar of the webinar series on trade marks, Prof. Irene Calboli from Texas A&M University School of Law discusses the legal context and several aspects of non-traditional trade marks, including the EU Trade Mark Directive and examining procedures of those marks such as taste marks, gesture marks, and multimedia marks.
