    • the Geneva Act (1999 Act) of the Hague Agreement, which governs the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs;
    • the benefits and operation of the Hague system;
    • the role of IP Offices as Office of the applicants’ Contracting Party (ACP) and as Office of a designated Contracting Party (DCP).

    To provide legal and technical assistance in preparations for accession to as well as the post-accession of the implementation of the Hague Agreement for the ASEAN Member States.
