In this webinar we will cover the law applicable to design infringement, what things are infringing and non-infringing acts and what the defences to infringement are. Also, how to determine what is the design that you are enforcing, how to determine the accused (ingraining) design and how to compare the two. We will see how to handle a situation where both, the validity and the infringement, come into the same case. Last, some sample cases will be presented before discussing the unregistered Community Designs.
