  This course refers to the applicable laws and/or available tools at the time the content was created.

  
  

  The general rule on substantiation is defined by Article 7 (2) EUTMDR.   Consist in the Proof of existence, validity and scope of protection of the earlier right as well the Proof of entitlement to file the opposition and other evidence. The necessary data is accessible online in the language of the proceedings or a translation has been submitted.
