  In this webinar, a recent study on legislative measures related to online IPR infringements is presented. The study sheds light on specific legal measures available for the enforcement of IPR on the internet and to what extent they exist in the EU member states. 

  It was conducted by the University of Copenhagen on behalf of the EUIPO. It was published in September 2018 and is available on the EUIPO Observatory website here.
