  In the webinar about Claims of acquired distinctiveness after the Legal Reform, the speakers will deal with the changes in the implementation of Article 7(3) EUTM applicable since  October 2017:

  • the EUTM applicant must qualify the Article 7(3) claim as principal or subsidiary;
  • the claim must be filed before the first instance;
  • it can no longer be raised for the first time at the appeal stage.
