This course refers to the applicable laws and/or available tools at the time the content was created.
Presentation introduces one piece of legislation and two pieces of proposed legislation, which were never passed, however which could greatly contribute to EU criminal law on IP. Specifically, a comparison between TRIPS Art. 61, ACTA Art. 23-25 and EC Proposed Criminal Enforcement Directive 2006 is presented.
