This course refers to the applicable laws and/or available tools at the time the content was created.
The presentation provides an overview of the tools used for searching of existng trade marks for clearance and pre-clearance purposes. Examples of both preliminary and full searches are shown as well as the main functionalities of TMview, eSearch Plus, eSearch Case Law, Similarity and TMclass.
