  The focus of this IP Expresso is placed on the Geographical Indications. The discussion is going step further than the typical approach from the point of view of trade mark law and analyses various aspects related to the Gis, such as: possibilities to protect them by other legal meands, the concept of property and the ownership, their contribution to the social cohesion and economic development.
