IP Seminar on Absolute Grounds and Designs (15-17 March 2017)

The IP Seminar on Absolute Grounds and Designs is a three day intensive training course which offers a comprehensive programme on absolute grounds for refusal of trade mark applications including an introduction to the EUTM system, presentation of case law and supporting tools for examiners, as well as an overview of the Community Design registration proceedings and examination.

The IP Seminar is aimed at EU and non-EU National Offices together with User Associations. EUIPO staff are also invited to attend.
